I use this for one thing: storing guacamole. I put the leftover guac in this, push the lid down, which seals the guac off from air. The next day, the guac is still great. No brown at all. Use some, put the lid back down, the guac stays perfect. I’ve kept guac in it 3 days, perfect all the way.UPDATE: I just learned how to clean out the top. I thought the little arrows on it were telling you to rotate it while pressing down on the food, but they were to show you how to take the top apart for cleaning. Duh! After using, you take apart the top and clean it by hand. If you don't, old food gunk stays in there.
