As advertised. It was a bit of work removing the old parts. (I used a pair of wire cutters.) Then the new ones were simply installed. went off track. Customer reviews of the dishwasher warned us about this. You were right. I hated the trunk for years until now. Fast forward to changing wheels. Here are some tips unrelated to this particular (good) product: When I put the new ones in, I noticed that the wheels aren't aligned. The problem is that the metal axles that are part of the rack are misaligned. So I used a long ruler to check the wheel alignment (after the new wheels were loose), then I removed the wheels one at a time so I could (slightly) bend the axles on the rack. I used a small hex head (which just slips onto the 'axle') along with an extension (to get some leverage) for the bend. I checked the vertical alignment of the wheels and also made sure the wheels weren't steering side to side. I balanced both the vertical and the "toe" by bending the strut pins in two directions as needed. After that, the frame finally rolls smoothly and easily for the first time. I wish I had done this repair years ago!
