A company with nice focus but poor quality of service offered
Located in United States of America, RoughGear is a company that focuses on a very important aspect of lifestyle, Outdoors. RoughGear essentially provides lifestyle accessories that are needed for outdoor experiences and activity like camping, hiking and off-road events. Founded in 2004, RoughGear claims to be providing top quality outdoor accessories to camping, hiking and off-road enthusiasts. The company hasn't really done much since it was launched, while one can say it has been providing quality services to its customers, there's nothing to show for it. You can get accessories related to Fishing, Climbing or even watersports here. I wasn't really pleased with the services provided by the company, most of the products displayed on the webpage seemed to have been sold out. As a low revenue company with less than $1 million net revenue, RoughGear actually looks like a company which is on its verge of closing. If you still feel like shopping here, payments has been made easy though the use of MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Discover, Amazon Pay etc, it also makes use of couriers like UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and USPS Priority. The company doesn't have an updated blog, the last post there was in April, 2020.
