Review on Contractbook by Jonathan Bennett

The ability to use ContractBook for our salesforce CRM is great! It has been very easy to integrate into Salesforce, as well as the customer portal that we recently launched. I love how it allows us to have all of our customers under one roof - our company website, our sales team emails, etc. This also makes it so much easier when a potential prospect calls or sends an email asking questions about our services/products. Nothing really at this point. Definitely give them a try if they are looking for something like this. We needed some sort of system where both parties could track progress, communicate changes back and forth, sign documents and hold meetings online. It solved those problems and more.
