I like that it allows me to have my clients sign documents digitally so there is no need for them to print things out. It also helps to keep track of what has been signed or not by creating an audit trail. Sometimes when signing a client agreement it will show up as "undoc" which means that the item was never actually filled out but still needs to be reviewed. It has all the features that we need. We have been using it for about 2 years now, and everything is working fine. The support team is very helpful and responsive. I like how easy it is to use. It is relatively easy to learn. There are some minor issues that could be improved upon such as: lack of custom fields. Nothing major. The ability to use ContractBook for our salesforce CRM is great! It has been very easy to integrate into Salesforce, as well as the customer portal that we recently launched. The best thing about this software is that it has all kinds of features for different companies or departments like HRD department etc., which makes them easy while managing multiple documents at one place! Nothing as such but I think some more customization options would be helpful especially when working from mobile devices; otherwise everything works great so far!!
