I like that it allows me to have my clients sign documents digitally so there is no need for them to print things out. It also helps to keep track of what has been signed or not by creating an audit trail. Sometimes when signing a client agreement it will show up as "undoc" which means that the item was never actually filled out but still needs to be reviewed. This makes sense since sometimes they are just filling something in without really reviewing it, however if it shows undoc then we know it hasn't yet been reviewed. Other than that everything works well! There isn't much else I dislike about this system other than the fact that it doesn't allow us to add a signature line after they've already signed. We use it mainly for our residential construction services.
