Review on Pioneer AVH 220EX Multimedia DVD Receiver by Chad Aguirre

The sound of this receiver is excellent, but there is no way to mirror the communication and an Android device. Bluetooth is your only option to play items from your Android phone on the receiver. Even with the electronic brake properly installed and activated, the DVD player still won't play the aux displays on the back. There is sound but no picture. I have had good experiences with other Pioneer products but you get what you pay for with this product. I haven't found an app that allows you to mirror an Android device (Android Auto or other). The button on the receiver isn't very well placed, and neither are the icons on the touchscreen. Without the possibility of mirroring, an improvement in interaction is not possible. I ended up wishing I had a different device.
