This juicer extracts all the juice from fruit and vegetables well. I put some carrots in it, and although the flesh still looked light and orange, which led me to believe there was still some juice left in it, the water stayed clear when I soaked it in water. It's very quiet, much quieter than a blender. It is easy to assemble and easy to clean. So if you're juicing multiple different foods, simply rinse and repeat the process. It comes with a small brush, but the spray nozzle on the faucet is good enough to rinse away any leftover juice. The juice yield is good, it just depends on what you squeeze as some fruits and vegetables simply contain more water and therefore produce more juice. So far I'm happy with this juicer!
