Review on YITAMOTOR Adjustable Trailer Receiver 16 Inch by Pete Norris

I took this out of the box and noticed at a glance that the machining isn't as precise as CNC. It literally looks like some of them were made with a belt sander or an angle grinder. I put the two pieces together and the hitch slipped 3/4 of the way off the holder and got stuck. Now it doesn't move, I knocked it off with a soft rubber mallet but to no avail. There is a note in the "Call if you have problems before returning" box. I called twice, no one answered, message in broken english. Revain doesn't offer returns, only exchanges which I don't want. If it was that bad before I put a tag on it, how can I believe it can be adjusted in the future? I want my money back so I can go out and buy a good one that's made in the USA and not some crappy Chinese junk. Don't spend any money!
