A very useful tool for inland tide rods. I highly recommend it

The best tool. Did the job both ways. I'm loosening the inner cleat rods on a 2000 Toyota Camry. Then I tighten them to spec with a torque tool. Buy it. You will not be disappointed. You must use long extensions and be patient while clinging to the inner tide poles. But once it works. Danger.
