These are cheap wheels. All parts are good on their own. But the build quality of a bike wheel really makes or breaks it. These are machines. But they are badly built. I bought some Wheelmaster wheels. Everyone had problems. I buy them because they are cheap and I can fix them myself. They are cheaper than I can buy individual parts and assemble from scratch myself; that's why i buy them. This one arrived about 1/4 inch off center. This leads to difficulty following a straight line on the bike. Does this mean your brakes are biased to one side? Yes. So I will fix this problem s.Schnittplatz. Factory. Super dense and with notches. The wheel barely seizes up a few turns before stopping. So you must do this before installing and driving on it. You will need a cone wrench to do this. Like I said, I can work with these bikes to make them better than they are. May I recommend you? Probably not, unless you're willing to do the job or pay someone to do it. I'm giving 3 stars because the parts are good, but the build quality and nonsensical hub bearing really detracts from the rating. They're decently light, and the Weinman ZAC-19 rim is actually a good rim. They also have an attractive appearance. I love the black rim with the silver brake surface and the black/silver rim label. It combines black spokes and silver nipples for a complete theme. I think WM bushings are also good when it comes to bearing adjustment. The straight spokes and brass nipples are just standard parts, not much to say about them.
