Review on Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II Fixed Lens - Discontinued by Manufacturer by Addy Itthipong ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I didnt expect the quality to be so high.

I went to the store to buy an elka. I tried a bunch of lenses, including inexpensive Elks (17-40, 24-105) (25-35tr) and took THIS one. I was shocked. For a long time I dreamed of an elka, saved up money for six months. But there was not enough money for a fixed-elk, and this lens easily outweighs inexpensive el-zooms. Yes, the drawing is not electric, yes, it holds back worse, yes, it is blurry on an open hole, yes, it will break from the first push, and you will have to zoom with your feet, but I really liked it more. For the difference in price, I took the whole kit for adjustment, I’ll buy a cool photo bag, heels of various filters for a whale lens, and this one, and my wife - a smartphone. And I will enjoy creativity with such a hole and a whale width. And I’d better buy a good (not inexpensive) el-zoom (or fix?) in a year, when I grow up and really need it. Often complain that autofocus smears. Most likely the problem is in the hands of the photographer. On the stand on the target and from different objects, the focus always becomes clear without misses. You just need to understand that it is better not to shoot a dynamic object on a hole 1.8
