*Updated: Now that I've been using these coasters for a while, I've noticed that they leave marks on my wooden coffee table (you can see outlines of different fruit shapes and patterns - the color doesn't fade) , but as a print) and the traces do not come off after normal cleaning of the table. I don't know how to take them off. We also wash coasters from time to time to rid them of coffee or dirt and let them dry completely before using them again. 2 stands instead of 1. It's inconvenient, but I'm hoping it provides more isolation until I find something better. The positives are they are a good size to fit most cups and mugs and they come in a resealable pouch for easy storage and of course they look really cute.
