Review on 💪 Powerful LEZYNE Tech Drive HV Hand Pump for Efficient Inflation by Jeremy Gulledge

Haven't used this pump (fortunately) but it looks like a quality product. The purpose of this review is to comment on the Lezyne mount and customer service. The holder is made of plastic and broke after a few weeks. Probably not the mount's fault when I hit the branch, but it was very easy to break. So I went to Lezyne online and ordered an aluminum mount. The one I ordered was listed as an accessory just below the pump listing I have on their website. So I emailed them on July 6th asking for a refund and replacement or whatever BUT it is now July 18th and I have had no reply to my email. So I went back to their website and tried to send a second email but the stupid "Captcha" gave me a blank screen so I couldn't send the email. Very frustrating. Then I'll try to make a call, but there's too much going wrong here. I would rate the pump itself as good, but the assembly and customer service is poor. And their website is misleading. Why list an accessory under the pump if it doesn't match the pump? Previously $18 was wasted on a mount that didn't fit.
