The user interface is very intuitive to use for any level technical support staff member or end customer. It provides great value in terms of integration into existing systems as well as being able to link directly from other applications such as Microsoft Excel/Word etc. Some functionality could be improved (e-invoicing) but this would require additional development effort which may not always happen if you are working within an already established product line / solution stack - that said we've been using it since 2005 so there isn't much change required! We have used many different types of solutions over our 20+ years' history including Sage 300 plus & X3CEE amongst others. This was one of those products where everything just clicked together once implemented by our team who were experts at integrating complex legacy data sources across multiple platforms. Now even when things go wrong they don’t take long before.
