After just an hour or so sitting in this chair, my chins are so sore that I can barely move. So for most of my work day, it is just in the way in my office. The knee cushion needs to be reconstructed to be less hard on the chin bones.UPDATE: After communications with the seller who seems genuinely concerned about the improvements to the chair that I have suggested, I am adding another two stars to the review, for the care and concern this company has about improving it's products. THANK YOU! It's nice to know you care so much. :-)SECOND UPDATE: Removed the additional two stars again - unfulfilled commitments from manufacturer that made me add the two stars for their attention to customer service/satisfaction in the first place. THIS ITEM IS STILL TOO EXPENSIVE FOR ITS COMFORT. Find same item cheaper elsewhere and but that one.
