I love these things. They're not as powerful as my Philips 8210 speakers, but they sound great and plug into my TV's headphone jack so I can listen to YouTube music videos (using the FireStick) and control the volume with the TV remote. .They can be powered from my TV's USB port, so they turn on or off when I press the power button on my TV remote without having to get up. (You can also buy a power adapter for about $2, plug it into your speakers' USB cable, and plug those speakers into an outlet instead.) The cable between the left and right speakers should be longer. Too small for me to fit a speaker on each side of my 32" Zepter TV. I'm happy to pay a few more euros for a version with a five-inch longer cable. I have a speaker with a volume control. on it it is located next to the TV, and the other speaker is hidden behind it. They still sound great. I wedged the speaker behind the TV between two unused power supplies to keep it from moving. When I used it before, it rotated a bit so it was pointing to the side instead of straight ahead. When supported by some small light objects, it stops moving and stays facing forward. behind the TV so as not to look ugly.
