The ability to create custom fields is really helpful for our business (we sell products with multiple sizes) as well as being able to use the same templates across platforms makes life much easier. There are also some other benefits like being able to have a separate inbox for each account which helps keep things organised. I would say that the reporting capabilities could be improved. It's a great tool but it can sometimes take a while to get used to the different functions and features. We're using ChannelReply to manage customer communications with emails (order updates, returns etc). This helps us stay in contact with customers so that we can quickly resolve any issues they may experience.
