Type of review

The ability to create custom fields is really helpful for our business (we sell products with multiple sizes) as well as being able to use the same templates across platforms makes life much easier. There are also some other benefits like being able to have a separate inbox for each account which helps keep things organised. I would say that the reporting capabilities could be improved. It's a great tool but it can sometimes take a while to get used to the different functions and features…

  • Ability see all unread email replies from certain accounts or senders.
  • Good support staff who actually answer my questions when asked directly via live chat function rather than having them sent automatically through an auto responder message! :)
  • Integrates easily into various channels such LinkedIn InMails
  • Facebook Messenger Bots.
