Review on Farberware Plastic Cutting Board, 8x10, White - Durable and Versatile Kitchen Essential by Rebecca Harris

I have three sizes of this chopping board because it is strong, light on the blades and very strong. Easy to clean. I don't like glass tops in the kitchen: too many accidents. I like wooden floorboards, but for some products they are too difficult to clean. These Farberware boards are dishwasher safe and I've never had any warping. They also tolerate moderate heat, but I wouldn't put plastic in the oven or under a very hot skillet or casserole. A large board will work on the sink. The smallest is great for sandwiches. The medium is used in many areas. And I found them reasonably priced enough to meet the needs of a busy cook like myself, so I bought one more of each of the two larger sizes.
