Great customer service! I messaged TCMT to get this in denim/matte black and they were right on it. They messaged me back stating they were out of stock but if I ordered a gloss black and then sent a message to them they would change the order and get me the matte black chopped tour pack in 2-3 weeks. I did it with some apprehension but they came through, and earlier than expected!One note for all is that nothing is predrilled and there are no instructions or templates. It is easy enough to figure it out and get the job done. I took my time, mocked and marked everything and had it all done in about 1 1/2 beers.It looks good on my '16 Street Glide. I won't keep it on for daily riding, but I am sure it will make the longer trips better for the wife than a regular sissy bar.Overall I am happy with it. It is solid enough and saved me about $1000 over buying the same setup from HD.
