The fit and finish weren't too bad. That being said there were 2 spots on the lid that the bag it was shipped in left marks in thr paint. Wasnt fully cured when it was shipped. There was also a c shaped scratch on the back side of the pack that I did not notice until I was mounting the bracket. And if you order black on black they ship you black with chrome and a black latch kit that will take about an hour to swap over. I thought it would be worth a shot for around $300 with bracket and…

This tour pack arrived with plenty of packaging and once I got it removed then I noticed a small scratch on the corner of the tour pack. I didn’t think much about it because I know that I still need to get it paint matched, so those scratches will get repaired. Other than that, it was made with great quality and eventually I will have to change the latch because you can tell it will get loose over time. I found the plastic was not very sturdy, I had to add thick sheet metal at the bottom. the biggest problem was the latch was installed incorrectly and opened at 70mph damaging the hinges. the latch did not pull down the lid to secure it. Inside the latch a pin fell out. luckily I found a substitute. the strap inside that keeps the lid from opening all the way broke VERY easily.

Received a 3 piece mount bracket but pictured was a single piece mount. more screws equal more opportunities for things to loosen or fall off. The inside lanyard that stops the lid from flying over is not cable as pictured but cloth cord. The last thing i noticed after the purchase is the area around where the bolts go thru to the bracket are not built up strengthening it like other similar tour packs. hoping fender washers will be sufficient. I ordered a razor from this company. Therefore, I figured the quality of this one would be the same. The box arrived open. The "protective plastic/styrofoam " was just thrown in the top of the box. The trunk has some scratches and looks like it was purchased and returned. The padding was an absolute pain to mount (unlike the first one I bought). Won’t purchase again.

Took so work and and extra set of hands but got it on make sure to take your time marking holes. We held the back rest where it needed to be and I reach in and used the studs to scratch the paint to mark the holes it was close enough for me! Looks great. A little time consumer however I suggest like I did got to your local hardware and get some rubber washers and lock nuts for all the holes seals it and keeps it tight!

Don't know if these bags are different from what TCMT usually sells, but this tour pack is good.Fells sturdy, pretty solid quality control, and paint job doesn't have too many swirl marks.For around $300 I think is a good deal***Update: over a month and they’ve held up really well. So far I am satisfied with my purchase. The tour pack was packaged well, and came with the accessories in the description. The paint was also in great shape, although I repainted it to match my bike.

Very nice product. I'm having painted to match my bike but if I was leaving it black, it may need to be polished due to some very superficial marks in the paint due to the shipping. It seems to be made just as good as the OEM product.

Update from previous review. My apologies with regards to my previous negative review. I have re-rated them giving a five star. I love my chopped tour pack. It looks great on my Road Glide Special.

The tour pack itself did not completely close, the hinges were not aligned properly. The package was missing the bracket, of which I was told that they were out of the brackets and I could purchase from someone else even though they charged me $100 for their $65 part. I returned what I had received immediately.

Pleasantly surprised of the quality. Beats paying $850.00 at the Harley dealer. The hardware is pretty good as well. Looks great on my 2017 Street Glide Special.

This is an awesome tour pack combo for the money. Looks beautiful on my 2019 Electra glide standard. I was a little reluctant at first, but couldn't see paying what Harley wanted for one, and the quality isn't that much different. seriously!. I'm well pleased and the vivid black matches perfectly.

You need to drill all mounting holes yourself for the backrest and the rack and the motorcycle mount but other than that it is a great product

The tour pack is nice n it looks great on the bike problem was I paid for expedited shipping not only did it not come in 2days as promised it came over a week later
