I've had this monitor for a year and have enjoyed using it for the most part. But over the course of a few months, I noticed that some features were underdeveloped. It started with trying to update the Sidekick software, which now appears to be stuck believing that this monitor is no longer a Gigabyte device, even when no other devices are connected to it. The AFK screen customization software complicates setup since all the controls are on the back of the screen. OK. Since then, I've been working more and more from home. Hey great, now I can use this KVM function! Only I can't get the USB-C passthrough to work in all situations and don't think about leaving both devices plugged in all the time - the KVM button only seems to toggle about a quarter of the time, even if one device was asleep the other was already active. To its credit, it's a pretty good evenly lit screen. The brightness is very good. There will be leaks in the corners, almost impossible to miss with such screens. And I had no issues with text clarity, which should be an issue with this subpixel-style layout. If you're the picky type it might be best to pass on as Gigabyte support seems to be headed for a ditch, otherwise a decent deal if you can live without the 'features' advertised above.
