I had 5 of these in a few weeks. Ok, they are really well done and their app is great. The bad thing is that they don't keep a connection to my router (which has the 2.4GHz band they are connected to) and never connect themselves as they claim. They keep disconnecting and I have to manually reconnect them almost daily. Dealing with their tech support was pretty much the usual general help - check the battery (they're new and the screenshot I sent you shows the battery full capacity), plug it into a 2.4GHz -Antenna on (yes), decrease the distance between the router and device (currently less than 20 feet, so no). They are also difficult to eliminate as there is no way to easily find out the MAC address of their devices. Unfortunately, due to an unstable connection, I cannot recommend this product. I will return them.
