Review on Bee Paper Super Deluxe Sketch Pad, Small Size 4x6 Inches by Sasha Hsiao

Let me start by saying that while I have a ridiculous amount of sketchbooks for all brands, I am a die-hard Strathmore Stan. In fact, this is the first time I've bought a Bee Paper sketchbook. Heard good reviews and decided to give it a try for the Inktober and it absolutely lives up to the hype. Starting with an impressively thick and hard cover, this piece screams quality from the start. There's a lot of paper here, two different textures, and it's acid-free—a great deal for the price. The texture evokes sensual sensations, both on the skin and under the glide of the pen. The paper is of a soft white tint and is thick enough for light washes, with some creases that mostly smooth out when pressed between heavy covers. It erases beautifully over and over again without cracking or rolling and accepts pencil, crayon, ballpoint pen and ink with equal ease. I'm really in love with this paper and have added a few more to the cart for a future purchase. If the rest of their products are just as impressive, it looks like Strathmore has a rival for my affections.
