Weak, no support.

Product arrived as expected. SIM card frames are designed to place the card over the appropriate contacts. The cards are fragile and extremely difficult to manipulate, particularly when attempting to provide adequate support when attempting to slide the card, frame and receiver together. IMHO, poorly designed. After positioning correctly, the device appeared on the software screen, but the SIM card was not recognized. After some extra work I figured I could get the card to read by squeezing the fragile case. I tried to contact support but the phone number provided is invalid. I emailed the support team but after 24 hours I'm head over heels.
