I wanted to move my SIM card to another hotspot and reset my PIN with PUK but none of the devices allowed me to change my PIN. I was stuck until someone recommended this device. I got it and it did exactly what it was supposed to do. The program is intuitive and easy to use. The product does exactly what it advertises; That can be a real plus these days. If you need to work with SIM cards, this is an elegant solution.
