I had to replace my old muffin cases which were rusty and disgusting. I really love these pans! I've used them on muffins, muffins, egg ham, and cheese puffs. You're stuck alone. I'm still working on how to pick them up without touching the cups lol! They have frames to grab and hold them, you'd think I'd get the idea of "grab the cupcake pan by the rim" but I am and my glasses fog up easily lol! I put them in the dishwasher. Cups don't need much lubrication. They are great at excreting food. I'm really glad I no longer need paper inserts unless I want cute holders for my various goodies, which isn't often the case. I bought two and it was worth it. It was a very successful purchase!
