Only used once so far but very easy to clean. The muffins rose immediately even though they were still hot. Also for them a good uniform cook. And the metal frame holds its shape in a way that ordinary silicone can't.

Exactly what I was looking for. The ease of lifting and popping a regular muffin pan in the oven, yet it has non-stick properties, which is my favorite quality of silicone. I turned the mold upside down and didn't expect all the cupcakes to fall out!

Bought this to cook scrambled eggs for my husband and I on the go. I made the first batch of eggs and about 20% stuck to the silicone after removing them. We drizzled the next batch with some avocado oil and the egg chunks immediately slid out and were a lot easier to peel. Baked in the oven for about 10 minutes. Now we have breakfast every morning. We're going to get the 2nd to do 2 batches at once. Thanks very much!

This pan is excellent, especially for making egg/frittata pans. Last year I tried to upgrade ALL my bakeware by making them expensive and even with paper liners, egg bits were horrible to remove. I wanted to scream. This pan is sturdy, doesn't need a baking tray underneath and the egg tins literally pop out. I try to quickly rub the cups with some coconut oil but have found that they don't need it at all. I can't wait to try the muffins at this restaurant.

I've tried many and they all stick or leave marks (especially mini fries) even when sprayed, plus you can't put them directly in the oven, you have to put them on a baking sheet. Not this one! Totally easy to get in and out of the oven, baked my egg frittata perfectly, didn't stick or leave a residue, was easy to rinse and clean. Don't bother with other silicone cupcake liners - get these and you won't regret it. I'm ordering a second one this week.

For baking and the environment, this is a game changer. There is no better cupcake pan. No need for paper, grease, oil or spray muffin cases. Nothing sticks, the pastry just pops out, hot, warm or cold. The fact that it has a rigid frame is a game changer. Any other design requires two hands and careful handling. I had to replace my old muffin cases which were rusty and disgusting. I really love these pans! I've used them on muffins, muffins, egg ham, and cheese puffs. You're stuck alone. I'm still working on how to pick them up without touching the cups lol! They have frames to grab and hold them, you'd think I'd get the idea of "grab the cupcake pan by the rim" but I am and my glasses fog up easily lol! I put them in the dishwasher.
