You can rely on this product. Packaging wise it was the perfect size for Vinnie, our 85 pound chocolate lab. The quality of the materials is excellent. I love the extra linen ring at the back of the neck. It is solid and well made and the light switch works as it should. With no backlight, it still reflects car headlights, but with a three-stage light that flashes quickly, slowly, or continuously, it can be seen from a great distance. The neighbor said she liked it and asked me where I got it. My dog likes to roam around the neighborhood and that's the only way I can keep an eye on her.
