We started using Post in 2008 as we were looking at all possible ways of moving our web presence from old hosting provider to new one, but didn't have much expertise in website management so had no idea about what would be best options out there. After going through some trial runs it was decided that Post will take care of everything needed to manage the site including security and backups etc. It worked perfectly well even when moved to different servers. I wouldn't say anything bad just minor issues which got solved on its own after couple of weeks or months. The only thing I don't like about them is their monthly fee structure. They charge $59 per month for basic package and $99 per month if you want more features. This might seem expensive compared to other providers but once they start collecting data from your domain/website then its really worth every penny.
