Terrible description!
This adapter will work if your fork/frame has a 160mm disc mount and you are trying to upgrade to 203mm discs. Try upgrading to 203mm rotors. The adapter itself is very well made and comes with screws but the description is deceiving and looks like it was made on purpose to get people to order the part. TL:DR: 160 -> 203mm YES, 180 -> 203mm NO
