Bristles are between soft-medium, which I really enjoy. I love that they're eco-friendly. They dry out well, not holding moisture (which could cause mold/mildew). I'll definitely be ordering more.**Update - 05/05/20**While I love these I unfortunately had to quit using them. They didn't provide enough umpf to keep my gums tightened to my teeth. While this may not be an issue for all, I found that moving back to a standard toothbrush resolved the issue of loose gums. This could be construction of the brush not providing enough strength when brushing the gums, I don't know. It could be both the brush and my gums. I'll still be on the prowl for a brush where I don't have this issue and is ecofriendly, I'm not sure why using a standard brush resolves it. But there it is.
