which I really enjoy. I love that they're eco-friendly

Bristles are between soft-medium, which I really enjoy. I love that they're eco-friendly. They dry out well, not holding moisture (which could cause mold/mildew). I'll definitely be ordering more.**Update - 05/05/20**While I love these I unfortunately had to quit using them. They didn't provide enough umpf to keep my gums tightened to my teeth. While this may not be an issue for all, I found that moving back to a standard toothbrush resolved the issue of loose gums. This could be construction…

Pros
  • The biodegradable handle makes it an eco-friendly choice
Cons
  • Not as readily available in stores

I love how the toothbrushes are numbered so we don't get .

I wasn't sure what to expect when I first bought these. They are my first bamboo toothbrushes and my family is trying to make the switch to "organic and sustainable". I love how the toothbrushes are numbered so we don't get them mixed up. The bristles are extremely soft on your teeth and gums, which I LOVE because I have sensitive teeth already. The bristle head is just a bit small in compared to what I'm used to with commercial brushes, so I notice that I do spend more time brushing…

Pros
  • The ergonomic design provides a comfortable grip while brushing
Cons
  • Some users may find the bristles too soft

Works well, but bristles not as effective as my old Oral-B

The bristles are soft and the handle comfortable, but I don't like the shape of the bristles. My old Oral-B had extended bristles at the end (whereas these are shortened) to get behind my back teeth and in between my teeth and gums. The bamboo also absorbs water. We store our toothbrushes in a small glass cup. Water from brushing my teeth drips to the bottom of the cup and absorbs into the bamboo. The result is that it's always damp at the end, which isn't appealing when it's time to brush my…

Pros
  • Manual Toothbrushes
Cons
  • May not fit traditional toothbrush holders

Good toothbrush - my new review

I have not experienced any issues with bristles falling out as some others may have, but I make a specific effort to allow my brush to dry out after each use and my bathroom is not very humid. Wood expands when it is constantly damp which I could see causing some bristles to fall out. They come in a pack of 4 though so if one falls apart just recycle it then open the next one. You are still better off than you would be using a plastic toothbrush.

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • Bristles may not be as effective at removing tough stains

Whiter Cleaner Teeth, I love it!

these are awesome. i have has an electruc toothbrush for years, but decided to pick these up when my entire lifestyle changed. I'm still on brush one, the head is super big so getting the back of ypur mouth is somewhat challenging. the bristles tho soft work their way under your gums. I am complimented on how white my teeth are especially when i go to the dentist. in the 2 months i have been using these brushes my teeth are definitely looking brighter due to the brush giving me a better…

Pros
  • The soft BPA-free bristles ensure gentle brushing for sensitive teeth and gums
Cons
  • May take longer to dry than traditional toothbrushes

Surprisingly Awesome Toothbrush! Get yours today!

I just came from seeing the dental hygienist who said yes to the new toothbrushes! She was amazed at the improvement in my dental hygiene. Normally she's in there scrubbing away, as my teeth are very tight and I've got grooves down the back of my bottom front teeth. Those are always extra dirty with plaque and gunk, even though I get my teeth cleaned 4 times per year. This was a super result, such that we extended my visits to 3 times a year instead. I'm really surprised, as I didn't expect…

Pros
  • Oral Care
Cons
  • Some users may find the bamboo handle slippery

I think they're great

I've been using these toothbrushes just over a year now and I love them. I read some negative reviews and have to say from my own experience that I disagree with them. I've not had bristles fall out, bad taste, or anything else to be dissatisfied with. For me, these are perfect and the bristles are just right, certainly not too rigid. And the convenient individual boxes for each toothbrush makes it easy to grab and go if you're traveling somewhere. Once I am finished with a toothbrush I use…

Pros
  • The pack contains 4 toothbrushes, making it cost-effective
Cons
  • Bamboo handles may crack or split over time

Not my thing. for my opinion

I know I want to save the planet! I found them difficult to get accustomed to. Thanks for attention! Not them it was a me thing!

  • Made of natural bamboo, a sustainable and renewable resource
Cons
  • Users may need to replace the toothbrush more frequently

Easy switch from plastic

A couple of years ago, I started declining the offered plastic pouch with toothbrush and sample toothpaste/floss they pawn off on you at every six-month visit. Having almost depleted my prior stock, I wanted to switch over to something that would contribute less plastic to the landfill but was wary of purchasing a fully compostable product made with pig's hair bristles since picking a product seemed to require a lot more research. These brushes have turned out to be a good pick. There are some…

Pros
  • The brushes are safe for people with allergies to plastic
Cons
  • Natural materials may wear down more quickly than synthetic materials

LOVE this tooth brush.

I LOVE this tooth brush. The bristles have been holding up SO well, I like the way the brush handle feels, it makes my teeth feel really clean. The only negative for me, is that the wooden bamboo handle makes the inside of my mouth very sore if I use it every day. The wood kind of rubs my mouth raw.however, it may not do that to everyone. I trade off and use the WowE about 4 to 5 days a week and use a regular tooth brush in between. So far, this is the best natural I have found.I have been…

Pros
  • They are a great alternative to plastic toothbrushes
Cons
  • May not be as widely recognized as a trusted brand

Worth Trying - my new review

I was a little nervous to get these toothbrushes because I was not sure if I would like them, but I also have been trying to create less trash/use less plastic generally so I decided to give it a go. Overall, I am pleased with this product. No complaints on how well it brushes my teeth, they feel just as clean as a regular toothbrush. I was worried about splintering, but after a few weeks of use, the first brush is still smooth. The brush head is a little larger than I'm used to so it can be a…

Pros
  • The pack is perfect for families or those who want to stock up
Cons
  • May not have the same variety of colors as plastic toothbrushes

Pleasantly surprised

As I learned about the zero-waste movement, and surprisingly stuck with the idea of implementing this in my life, toothbrushes were one my main concerns. I read reviews of multiple brands where customers complained about falling bristles, and as I wanted this for my son, I wasn’t convinced. I finally decided for this brand because they advertise giving back, and am happy I did. I haven’t had any issues with the bristles, and even though they feel slightly softer than my previous toothbrush, it…

Pros
  • The toothbrushes come in environmentally friendly packaging
Cons
  • Users may need to adjust to the feel of a wooden toothbrush

Was very sceptical about using it the first time, but I was very keen on avoiding the use of plastic toothbrushes completely. After reading all the reviews I eventually went ahead and purchased this. After using this toothbrush for the first time, I realized that the bristles were very soft and didn’t need to be softened under hot running water before use. But the brush head seemed a little big and uncomfortable initially. However, I’ve gotten used to it now.The only suggestion I would give the…

Pros
  • They are gentle enough to use for brushing orthodontic devices
Cons
  • Users may need to be more careful when using a bamboo toothbrush to avoid splinters

Very happy!: my feedback

I have been making an effort to be better not only to my body (using less chemicals, more organic, more natural) and also to the environment. When I realized even my toothbrushes can stick around far past their use causing more waste, I wanted to try something better. I found these toothbrushes and, with this one single purchase, have not only done something small to save the planet (hey, every little bit counts, right?) but also have toothbrushes for a solid year. These are great because…

Pros
  • The natural bamboo handle provides a comfortable grip, reducing hand fatigue
Cons
  • Some users may not like the feel of the bristles on their teeth

this year, i am revamping many aspects of my life. one things is that i want to use more natural products all around. switching from non recyclable , landfill promoting plastic to all natural bamboo toothbrushes is one of my changes. i ordered these just before the new year and switched on January 1st. today is January 5th so it has not been long, but i can surely give a review. one thing i like about this particular set is they come numbered one to 4 so that if more than one person in your…

Pros
  • The ergonomic design provides optimal pressure for thorough cleaning
Cons
  • Bristles may become damaged during travel

Careful when storing extras for later!

First off, be careful where you store these! I got the pack to last me the year, and I’ve been keeping them in my bathroom cupboard. Well apparently even the cupboard is too moist, because my two perfectly packaged, never opened until today tooth brushes were growing mold. Not the company or the brush’s fault, just need to be stored outside of the bathroom I guess. Now the actual brush is great, perfectly soft, nothing bad about the brush. I gave it 3 stars for traveling bc when traveling you…

Pros
  • The toothbrushes can be used for up to three months, similar to a regular toothbrush
Cons
  • Not suitable for those with bruxism or teeth-grinding

A Toothbrush That Doesn't Contribute To Our Trash Problem

So, the reason I bought bamboo toothbrushes is because I just read an article on how much plastic we use and is accumulating around the world. Living on a boat, I know this is true because I see many of the items: plastic bottles, straws, to go cups, packaging, etc., float by every day. There's so much trash and I live on a relatively clean waterway. One of the things the article mentioned were replacing our plastic toothbrushes with bamboo ones. I had never heard of such a thing and decided to

Pros
  • The biodegradable handle ensures a safe and environmentally friendly disposal
Cons
  • Bristles may not hold up as well over time

Zero Waste tooth brushes! Rejoice!

Love the brushes. Love the Zero Waste packaging. Love the way the brushes look in my bathroom. I used all 4 in the course of a year. But after a month of using one brush it literally crumbled in my mouth. It was the most bizarre feeling, like I was brushing my teeth to shreds l, only to realize it was all the tiny bristles flaking off on my tongue. I spit and gagged, which of course introduced the plastic into the drain and water supply which I was trying to avoid entirely in the first place…

Pros
  • The bristles are gentle on enamel, reducing the risk of damage
Cons
  • Not as customizable as plastic toothbrushes with interchangeable heads

Revainrating 5 out of 5

comfortable best in my review

I was quite pleased with how well these worked out. i remember reading reviews of similar products and how the bristles would fall apart but this one has not done so while I've used them. I highly recommend these :)

Pros
  • The bamboo toothbrushes can be composted when they have reached the end of their use
Cons
  • May not be as comfortable to hold for extended periods of time
