Arrived dented in several places. When assembling it was audible, like a little thing in metal bars. Then metal filings started flying out of the kennel (picture). My dog chewed on plastic trays the first day he was in it. Without trays, it's extremely difficult for him to get in, lest his paws get caught in the bars below. On the plus side, he couldn't chew through the metal bars. Set up was easy and I love the ability to fold and roll the kennel. ***Updated 8/26/18*** The seller has contacted me to try and resolve the issue. Excellent customer service so far. I will post more updates. *** Update 08/27/18 *** The seller fixed the issues. Dents may have appeared during transport, but they do not affect the functionality of the cabin. Metal shavings from welding and also does not affect functionality. My dog doesn't have accidents in the kennel, so to solve the floor padding issue I used an office chair mat and simply cut it to the size of the kennel floor. Now my legs don't get stuck anymore. I really like the price of this kennel and apart from these small issues I am happy with this purchase. The seller was also very fast.
