One wheel didn't fit

The 4 inch wheel didn't have room for my locking flange making it unusable for me. However, the 4.5" wheel was fully locked onto my mandrel, making it usable. . It's pretty good for sanding a cinder block wall. However, the number of diamonds on the wheel appeared rather meager. I haven't used it enough to determine its lifespan. NONE of the wheels listed at Revain have sufficient sizing information to allow you to select the correct wheel. Need more specifications to shine. My Hitachi (now Metabo) coffee grinder is model G12SS, if that helps anyone.
