2008-2012 Ford Escape HYBRID uses THIS PART. Ignore any warnings from Amazon that it doesn't fit this car. I heard Amazon Garage say "This part fits your 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid" and bought the WRONG part. The Amazon recommended part is only compatible with the Escape petrol-only model. Unfortunately I bought this part before my actual repair and it was out of the return window when I realized it wouldn't even fit where it was supposed to. walk. On the hybrid model, an additional heatsink that cools the electric motor system means there is no room for this part as the power connector attaches directly to the heatsink/evaporator/radiator core mount. I hope my review gets someone's attention and saves them the time and money I wasted, or better yet, suggest changing the compatibility database on Amazon.
