Would give 5 stars if it fits properly without minor modifications. I had to cut the induction tube an inch from the side of the filter (fits the TB) and then it fitted perfectly. Solid construction, noticeable difference in sound. I can't vouch for the performance gain or loss per mpg, but I'm happy with the fact that the expensive car now sounds better than the Honda.
