However, I found a better use. My little dog
I bought a harness for the car but found a better use. My little dog, 17#, a digger, kept climbing out of my fence. I've seen several YouTube videos of people attaching a stick to their dog's harness. I tried but it was very difficult to keep it in place and to take it off and back on. I checked out the loops on the Solvit tether and found that the pool noodles are perfect and not too heavy. See attached drawing. This keeps it in the garden, it's easy to put on and take off, and as an added bonus, the orange pasta makes it stand out in the garden.
