Very good tool if used effectively and regularly
The best thing about this software is it's ability to track all of your marketing activities from social media interactions like Facebook likes or tweets etc., through email open rates & clicks via an automated system! It does make life easier for small businesses who do have limited resources available when managing online advertising efforts as well as offline ones such at events/meetings where you can use other tools which are free (such things being google calendar).
There isn't much I dislike so far except maybe how sometimes there may be some lag time between uploading data into one campaign then another - however i'm sure they're working hard towards resolving these issues because otherwise its great stuff!! We've been able increase interaction rate by over 10% since using NEXTVirtualEvents- thanks guys.
- The way it can keep tabs on all marketing activities for various platforms and can automatically categorize and categorize them so that we can see how effective a campaign is, which is great
- There is a bit of a learning curve to it and its ability to be used in a somewhat unstructured manner however its ability to do so is great!
