I bought my first tube of Ulta (small white tube) and fell in love with the scent and how it left my hair silky. They've since repackaged it (gradient white/purple) and while every ingredient looks exactly the same, the new formula is super gooey! I couldn't even comb my hair without tearing my head off. I then placed a small pebble of each cream on each of my thumbs and rubbed my fingers together. The new formula was just terrible. My fingers were hard and sticky while the old formula was silky smooth no matter how much I rubbed. I am so disappointed and hope this seller accepts returns. This is not the product I love! If you don't know what the old one looked like, you might like it if you like the feel of dirty, gritty, tangled hair. It still smells great, but pah-pah-pah! This is suks. What's the point now? There is no "replenished moisture" feeling at all!
