This item arrived on time and the main part (vent solenoid and hose) is the correct OEM package. The problem is that the jumper harness was missing from the box, making units unusable without a new harness. The box the device came in was small and made of very poor quality cardboard. There was a fair amount of tape on the box and it appears the box was almost torn in half during shipping and repairs. Perhaps the dishes came out at that time. Reasons for my harsh rating: 1. I understand that things can happen during shipping that are beyond the seller's control. However, the seller can use high-quality packaging materials. The seller cannot be held responsible if the device was not handled properly at the time of delivery. Perhaps the box wouldn't have been torn if they had used a higher quality cardboard box instead of a cheap, easily damaged cardboard box. Since the seller may not have been directly responsible for the issue, I still needed help to resolve it. i need a trailer Using email as the only way to resolve such a problem is unacceptable. 24 hours later I now have an email that doesn't tell me if I'll get the leash or not. I just need a trailer. I shop online a lot. Since I didn't have much time in this case, I would buy this part locally. Since it was sold out I had to order online. I was unlucky that everything went wrong when I was on a schedule. I didn't expect the seller to be able to deliver a harness overnight but a better form of communication would solve my problem and not generate a 1 star rating. If you have time in case of failure, you can probably buy from this seller. If you're concerned that you may need to contact someone, be careful. If my box had arrived intact with all the items, I'm sure the rating would have been a lot better. Again, I understand that things can happen during a delivery. A poor rating is due to poor preparation for shipment and the lack of an effective problem-solving mechanism. UPDATE: As of today, June 26th, I still have not received my dishes. I received an email 6 days ago saying the item was being shipped. I asked for tracking information. I have not received any further messages. I called Revain and asked for help from this seller. You were also unable to get any actions from this seller. All of this is documented in emails or lack thereof.
