They're damn good and everyone I've had them try has been impressed with the sound quality and noise cancellation. With just enough bass to satisfy edm, hip hop and rock, turning on the headphones makes it more of a concert in your head. 3D audio works great, and with noise-cancellation on, you can't make out words or music from outside. Someone might be watching TV in the same room and you only hear the clear tone of your audio. In my experience, the battery life lasts for two full days of Bluetooth use on a single charge. The only downside is the inability to listen via Bluetooth while charging.
