We ordered a Shark robot vacuum for our son and it refused to run for more than 1 minute before shutting off. The technician at Shark said the roller brush was broken and we needed to order a new one. We did that, but the robot vacuum still didn't work. After a second and even longer call and argument with the service engineer for not supporting her product when she insisted we pay for return shipping, we now have a working Shark Robo that does not require a return. We now have a full set of replacement brushes, filters and rollers. What we really needed was a new vacuum cleaner body and now we have it!
