The ability to organize your leads in one place so they do not get lost with other tasks that require attention from you as an account manager! It's very easy once you learn how it works but takes some time before all information becomes familiar. I would recommend this software if mapping of lead sources are important or creating custom reports needs to be done regularly. We use Mapese primarily because we can pull up our pipeline at any given moment and see where things stand currently within each stage (i.e., In-Progress/Pending). This allows us to quickly identify which steps could benefit more than others when trying determine what resources should receive additional training next month versus those who have already completed their assignments during previous months. Additionally, there hasn't been anything negative associated yet by using MAPSEE.
