A good start at first glance, I think I'll buy more later. My filter arrived dry and loose, soaked it for 15 minutes as directed, noticed it dripped so slowly so I soaked it for another 15 minutes. Same result, slow dripping. Called CS and they said it was fine for first use and could take up to 3 hours. CSR said filtering would happen faster with continued use. I just think it should be said in the instructions given. it's just me Compared to our hard tap water, we've had 2 water bans in less than 3 years. It was the best option for the price.
