Amazing software with dedicated staff behind it

Brandcrumb is an amazing tool that helps us to find more customers. It is very easy to use and our account managers are always available to answer any questions we have. We have been able to grow our business and our social reach in a very short period of time. At this time, there's nothing I dislike about Brandcrumb. The support team is amazing and we never have to wait long for an answer.
I highly recommend Brandcrumb to anyone who is looking to grow their social media presence. We have been able to get more likes and followers to our business.

Pros

Very simple platform with great features! Easy access from phone or computer it has everything you need without having too many options at once which can be confusing sometimes.
You don't feel overwhelmed by all your possible choices
Everything works well together so far (my favorite thing)
Customer service response times were fast when needed but also prompt if not required..excellent customer experience overall; )
