Ok, but only outside.

For the money they're good for the road. The glitter doesn't linger and go everywhere so I wouldn't use them indoors. They are very pretty and have worked well on the poles in front of my house. We tied the smaller one to the trees in front just for decoration as I couldn't use them in my wreath which was the original plan.
