Thin cushion in my review

I am working out in my garage and this is great when doing any time of ground work like abs, burpees or lunges to provide cushion.
It’s large enough that I’m 6’2” and I can hold a plank with my elbows and feet on the mat. This may is also thin enough where it doesn’t absorb any bounce when jumping so you get a bit of cushion without making you feel like you are jumping on sand.
