When I first installed the pegs I was amazed at the looks and quality. Two weeks after installation I was riding in the driveway and the left footpeg broke and I nearly dropped my bike and ate the curb. Looking at the pin, I noticed that it broke almost in a straight line, leading me to believe it must have had an invisible break from manufacturing. "Look at the photos." I'm not sure how good the customer service would be on this matter, being overseas I decided not to bother with the struggle and just get new pens from a more reputable one manufacturer to buy. And the pedal is great!
